These terms govern your use of the Hard Hitters Sports NFL pick'em pool at hardhitterssports.com (the "Service"). By creating an account and participating, you agree to them.
The pool
- Hard Hitters Sports is a private NFL pick'em pool among invited members.
- You're responsible for submitting your own picks before each game's kickoff. Picks lock at kickoff and can't be changed.
- Standings, payouts, and any entry fees are administered among members; the commissioner tracks dues and winnings.
- Keep your account credentials secure and your contact information accurate.
SMS / text messaging program
By opting in to "Text (SMS) updates" in your profile, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Hard Hitters Sports related to the pool — weekly "picks are open" announcements and reminders about games you haven't picked.
- Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per week during the NFL season).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or uncheck "Text (SMS) updates" in your profile. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of participating in the pool.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use
Use the Service only for the pool. Don't attempt to disrupt it, access other members' accounts, or misuse the site.
Disclaimer
Schedules and scores are sourced from third parties (e.g., ESPN) and spreads are informational; sources may occasionally differ or be delayed. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
